Our traditional session features local clover honey which exhibits a mild cinnamon character. A traditional mead is made using only honey, water, and yeast. This semi-sweet mead comes in at 6.5% ABV, has a refreshingly light body, biting carbonation, and a clean expression of local clover honey. Staying true to its Kansas City roots, this mead pairs wonderfully with the regional barbecue by offering a refreshing pallet cleanse of light honey between bites of the smokey, intensely flavored BBQ.
