Varieties offered differ depending upon seasonal availability of fruit. Ranging from 12-14% ABV these meads are more more akin to a wine in their character. We partner with local farmers to ensure only the freshest, ripest seasonal fruit make it into our mead. Capturing a time, a season, and a place is a difficult task. Condensing all of that down into a glass is the challenge, but we do love a challenge.
